During the podcast we will be talking to Jaco Van Gass an Army veteran who served in the Parachute Regiment.
During his time with the Paras, Jaco was deployed to Afghanistan and in 2009, during his second tour, he sustained a serious injury resulting in the loss of his left arm.
We will be discussing his life so far from the day of his injury to his road to recovery and finally some of his amazing accomplishments, from trekking to the North Pole to climbing Everest.
