I’m just going to highlight some of the best parts of the holiday – the apartment was 2 bedrooms. It was massive and more than adequate for our family of four. You could comfortably house 6 people and not feel on top of each other. We were located in the ‘Whitehouse’ as they call it. Its proximity to all of the hotel amenities are ideal…. the only downside for some is that you can hear all of the evening entertainment which was quite loud until about 2300. Not a problem for us as we were on holiday to enjoy ourselves even when the kids were in bed!
The hotel was a bit away from the beach but there is a courtesy shuttle bus which operated on an hourly basis to Los Cristianos and Playa de los Americas. However, we had a hire care which was ideal for exploring the whole island.
We did generally chill by the pool. Which is amazing. Yes, you need to go and reserve a sunbed at 0830 – an annoyance for some but not for us. The animation team are fantastic and my kids absolutely loved them!
We did take a trip to Aqualand. (A free trip from Keys Concierge). It was ideal for our kids who are 3 and 5. They loved the park. My only downside as a parent was that the amount of chlorine in the kids’ pool was huge….
We cannot thank Give Us Time enough for the opportunity to get away for a week with my family. I have spread the word to all my military friends. Excellent charity, resort, website and week away. Memories to last a lifetime.
