In March Give Us Time sent a family of five to the stunning Belton Woods in Lincolnshire. The family had a fantastic time and they and everyone at Give Us Time would like to thank the owners of Belton Woods for their kind donation of time to a military family in need.
“We had the most amazing week away at Belton Lodges. When we arrived, it had just been snowing, the lodge is set in the hills and was surrounded by snow, it was just so beautiful.
The inside of the lodge is spectacular and we never expected to have such an amazing place to stay, the photos do not do it justice!
Having this week away was much needed.
Our three children and ourselves absolutely loved the National Trust House over the road, exploring the gardens and the outdoor and indoor playcentres.
We had a great day out using the activities they provided.
The swimming pool is lovely and warm – we spent most mornings there!

Give Us Time would like to thank Belton Woods Owners’ Club once again for their generosity. Respite breaks allow families who are struggling to disconnect from the daily stresses and triggers, to rest and reconnect as a family unit, which is vital for the whole family.
Thanks to a respite break, a family can then go back home, facing the future with a positive attitude thanks to the memories created and relationships strengthened.
