The Norfolk family enjoyed a long weekend at Center Parcs, Woburn which gave them the chance to stop, take a break and relax together.
As Lynn said the weekend ‘gave us all time to spend quality time with each other whilst recharging batteries’.
Mr Norfolk has served in the RAF for more than 15 years and is due to leave the Armed Forces. The changes that come with it have caused stresses for all the family and the break was just what they needed to reconnect.
Center Parcs Woburn offers a wide array of activities including water sports, swimming pools and aerial adventures, as well as indoor activities: who doesn’t love some family table tennis?
The parc is set in 365-acre of forest and there is a lake as well which allows ample opportunity to reconnect with nature and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Center Parcs’ generous donation to Give Us Time allowed Lynn, Ben and Ellie to escape the stresses of everyday life and reconnect as a family unit: “It was so peaceful and it was great to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the stress that can sometimes bring”.
The peace that the Norfolks found at Center Parcs will for sure have a long-lasting positive impact upon each member of the family and as a cohesive family unit.
