My daughter, husband and I were lucky enough to receive a 4 night break courtesy of ‘Give Us Time’ due to the amount of time we had spent apart as a family. Ironically, my husband ended up deploying again short notice and so was unable to go, however, my daughter and I still went. We chose Dovercourt in Essex and it was fabulous. The park was well maintained and very clean, with plenty of activities and facilities to fill our days. The accommodation was new and was of an excellent standard. Although many of the activities were extra cost, they were very much worth the money and not too expensive. We chose to eat mainly in the caravan, however, the food we did eat in the main restaurant was good and inexpensive. Overall we had a fabulous 4 days away and made some lovely memories.
