Give Us Time is delighted to announce our new Ambassador, Jess Sands. Jess is the founder of The Milspo Network which has over 1000 military spouses, partners, and other-half members who are connecting, networking and building successful businesses.

As a current military spouse Jess has a deep understanding of what our military families have been and are going through.

After meeting her husband who is a pilot in the RAF she had to give up her career and was soon moving houses every couple of years to. After struggling with employment in an often-reluctant market to hire military spouses due to the uncertainty of military posting, she decided to start her own business Design Jessica.  

Since then she has gone onto achieve some truly great achievements, on top of launching Design Jessica, she started doing a podcast series called The InDependent Spouse® podcast – a series of amazing podcasts which explores the world of running a business by chatting to our inspiring military community.

Finally, she has gone on to found The Milspo Business Network – an inclusive group to stop the feeling of isolation due to military life.

Jess is passionate about helping others in our Armed Forces community and we couldn’t be happier to have her as our new Ambassador and look forward to working together to support our military families.
